I didn’t start Mind the Match to build another recruiting service. I started it because I saw how many families were doing everything right, and still feeling lost.
Like you, my daughter and I went through the recruiting process. We followed all the guidance-clubs, tournaments, camps, showcases, emails, and visits. In the end, she found the right fit.
But the path to get there wasn’t clear.
It took more time, more money, and more trial and error than it should have. If I had known then what I know now, I could have made a meaningful difference in her experience. I can’t change our path, but I can help other families move through the process with more clarity and direction.
